I used lite soy milk instead of dairy milk for the batter~
Some soft lemon cake to enjoy at midnight~ Don't feel like icing now, so no icing (。・・。)

Side note, the Lunar New Year is approaching soon and I have yet to prepare any snacks for the festive season! D: I really want to bake some festive snacks. Hopefully I will have some time to buy the ingredients I need from Asian grocery stores!
