Had my first high tea of the year at this beautiful restaurant, The Walnut Restaurant and Bar two weeks ago. 

Spending hours here was just lovely, the place and atmosphere are beautiful!



Their high tea set was gorgeous. Three-tiered of delicate and delicious goodies.

The scones are so yummy! Delicate and soft, and served with jam and clotted cream Cream is one of my favourite parts ♥

The sandwiches are super lovely and delicious too. Salmon sandwiches and ham and cheese sandwiches. I didn't expect them to be so filling!

Variety of yummy fresh fruits. Had these the last, as they were at the top of the tier. I didn't like the strawberries though :| Was quite sour...

They had a wide variety of drinks to choose from! Ranging from orange juice, teas to coffee. Not to mention bubbly champagne *A* The drinks themselves already made my stomach filling lol

The petit fours that were served. All were so yummy and delicate! The macarons especially!

Despite the bad reviews I've read online, I find my experience with them to be really pleasant and classy. Customer service was great and the food was wonderful. The waiter that serve us was really kind, thank you so much! The ambience was wonderful too. Located next to the botanical gardens added to the atmosphere too. I was surprised there weren't many people who were dining at the time we were there. But that adds to our experience as well hehe 


Would definitely love to dine here again; for their other meals and their high tea again! Thank you for the luxurious experience!
